Decisions and Boundaries
Commission rule
Confirm the production commission percentage, customer service fee if any, payout timing, reserve rules, and refund allocation. The percentage will remain administrator-configurable.
Payment release

Contractor verification
Confirm mandatory documents by service category, approval criteria, expiry rules, background-check provider, and re-verification schedule.
Policies
HOGARPR counsel must approve Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Communications Consent, contractor terms, and account deletion language.
Launch operations
Confirm launch municipalities, launch categories, support hours, dispute service levels, and the HOGARPR administrators responsible for production decisions.
