The fixed fee applies to this defined scope. A requested change receives a written impact assessment and quotation before work begins. No additional charge is incurred without approval.
Recurring services
Apple membership, database, hosting, storage, monitoring, messaging, maps, and Stripe transaction fees are paid directly by HOGARPR under vendor terms. The prior planning allowance remains $100 to $700 USD monthly for non-transaction infrastructure at early usage.
Ownership
After payment, HOGARPR owns the commissioned source, designs, schemas, and documentation. The private repository and production accounts remain controlled by HOGARPR.
